Qualifying Criteria
Public Sector Rentals Ltd provide discounted housing opportunities for current and ex-employees of the following sectors:
Gold - 30% Discount
- NHS, Police, Fire Service, Ambulance Service
Silver Scheme - 20% Discount
- Government agencies, local authority and education
Bronze Scheme - 10%
- Ex public sector workers (must have 10+ year service)
- Retirees (must have 10+ year service)
- Trainees, apprenticeships and non substantive / competent roles.
Please note that you will only be considered for housing if you are a current or ex- public sector worker or civil servant and are eligible. Please fill out the online application form and you will be added to the waiting list if you meet the criteria for your chosen scheme.
